Alexandra is responsible for business development and delivery of placement projects regarding high- and top level of managerial staff for general management, finance, sales, marketing and operational positions. Alexandra’s main responsibilities include strategic HR management consulting for international organizations. She has a lot of experience in the area of executive project management. Alexandra also specializes in project delivery for Private Equity Fund’s portfolio companies.

Damian has joined our team in June 2017 as a Associate Practice Leader experienced in executive search for the FMCG & Retail sector . His key areas of responsibility is business development and delivery of recruitment projects in top managerial field. His first experience in recruitment was gained in the UK where he spent over 8 years working with the Executive and Middle Management Search.

Agata has been working in the recruitment and advisory field since 2007. She has built her expertise through Talent Management projects across the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, TMT, Digital, IT, and TSL sectors. Her professional interests are strongly focused on personal development, which is why a significant part of her professional activity is dedicated to coaching and training initiatives.

She previously ran her own company, supporting both high-growth businesses and early-stage startups in identifying top talent and shaping long-term talent strategies.
