Jolanta is responsible for the management and operational leadership of the company’s business in Poland. At the same time she is responsible for managing the team, defining and executing business development strategy and building long-term relationships with clients.
Jolanta has over 15 years of experience in personnel consultancy mostly in top and middle level managerial assignments. Her clients are both local and as well as multinational companies operating in various business areas from FMCG, through Retail to Life Science industries. As an executive career coach Jolanta has helped many managers successfully navigate through challenging periods in their careers.
As Principal Consultant in the Morgan Philips Talent Consulting team in Poland, Monika is responsible for employee and leadership potential assessment, talent management, leadership competency development and career management projects. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR consulting gained in international consulting companies. She specializes in leadership development programs, using Assessment and Development Centre methodology and psychometric tools.
At Morgan Philips, she conducts Superpowers of a Leader workshops, developing leadership competencies. Monika holds a degree in Polish Philology from the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Kozminski University. She is a certified Action Learning coach and a coach working in ICF methodology, having completed a coaching course at Coachwise.
