Alexandra is responsible for business development and delivery of placement projects regarding high- and top level of managerial staff for general management, finance, sales, marketing and operational positions. Alexandra’s main responsibilities include strategic HR management consulting for international organizations. She has a lot of experience in the area of executive project management. Alexandra also specializes in project delivery for Private Equity Fund’s portfolio companies.

Damian has joined our team in June 2017 as a Associate Practice Leader experienced in executive search for the FMCG & Retail sector . His key areas of responsibility is business development and delivery of recruitment projects in top managerial field. His first experience in recruitment was gained in the UK where he spent over 8 years working with the Executive and Middle Management Search.

Rafał Ciszewski is a leader with over 20 years of experience in managing marketing communication and digital companies, both in Poland and internationally.

At board level, he has been responsible for organizational growth, implementing innovative services, and building new revenue streams at companies such as Publicis Media (formerly Starcom MediaVest Group) and K2 Internet (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange). As a co-owner of a consulting firm, he developed expertise combining a business perspective with talent management.

He specializes in digital transformation, digital team development, and the recruitment of leaders and experts supporting organizational growth. At Morgan Philips, he is responsible for recruiting for key roles (including digital marketing, e-commerce, retail media, and new technologies) as well as developing interim management and transformation advisory services.

He is also active in the industry – having served as a jury member for Effie Awards, Media Trends, and Innovation AD Awards, and as a long-standing member of the board and supervisory board of the Polish Marketing Communication Association (SAR).

Elżbieta has over 20 years of experience in HR consultancy. As Associate Director she is responsible for managing project delivery, Client relations and service quality. Elżbieta is an expert within the area of candidate selection for professional and managerial positions in industrial companies. She cooperates with Client’s management on development of competency based management systems.

Pawel Czarniecki is a specialist in recruitment consulting for key management positions in industrial and manufacturing industries, with 20 years of experience in international executive search firms.

He has worked with clients in a wide range of sectors, from logistics to energy, focusing on strategic recruitment consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, specializing in the history and culture of English-speaking countries, and holds an Extended DISC certificate for assessing professional potential.

Agata has been working in the recruitment and advisory field since 2007. She has built her expertise through Talent Management projects across the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, TMT, Digital, IT, and TSL sectors. Her professional interests are strongly focused on personal development, which is why a significant part of her professional activity is dedicated to coaching and training initiatives.

She previously ran her own company, supporting both high-growth businesses and early-stage startups in identifying top talent and shaping long-term talent strategies.
